Prague, the answer to our first question, is home to Prague Castle, which the Guinness Book of Records recognises as the largest ancient castle complex in the world. The city has long been a crossroads of Central Europe, and its historic centre, including the Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. For centuries it was also a centre of astronomy and learning, which is why its astronomical clock still draws crowds every hour.
India's currency, the rupee, is one of the few in the world to have a dedicated symbol, the ₹ sign, introduced in 2010 after a national design competition. The word "rupee" itself has roots in the Sanskrit term for silver. India is also one of the largest producers of banknotes in the world, and the rupee circulates alongside a wide range of coins and denominations.
The Amazon Rainforest, which covers part of Ecuador among other nations, spans roughly nine countries, with the majority lying in Brazil. It is the largest tropical rainforest on Earth and produces a significant share of the oxygen generated by land plants, though the ocean's plankton are the bigger global source. The river system that runs through it is the largest by volume in the world.
Jules Verne, the author of Around the World in 80 Days, was a pioneer of the adventure novel and is often called a father of science fiction. Published in 1872, the story follows Phileas Fogg and his valet Passepartout as they race against the clock. Verne's tales of travel and technology captured the imagination of a world that was rapidly shrinking thanks to railways and steamships.
